Arrive between 9:30 and 10 to check in at the registration table. You will receive a wristband and any shirts or badges ordered. You will also receive the program of events for the day and can make final choices on your workshops. We will be capping workshops at 25 people per session. We will also ask each attendee's parent or guardian to sign a waiver with emergency contact details.
Lunch will be served around 12:30. We will gather on picnic tables and in the fields to share lunch. We will have vegetarian and vegan options. We encourage people to bring water bottles, but we will have drinks with lunch.
the schedule
The event will open and close with community sessions. In between, the day will be filled with 45 minute workshops exploring a range of topics and arts. Though all workshops will be led by experienced teachers and volunteers will be on-site to supervise and support, attendees will be responsible for making awesome choices, attending workshops, and staying on site.
