At Audre's, self expression is not only tolerated, but celebrated.

Named after the fierce activist and poet, Audre Lorde, Audre's Emporium of New Tomorrows offers two shared housing sites for LGBTQ+ youth and young adults ages 18 - 21 that are overcoming homelessness and are survivors of crime. One site serves families and the other serves non-parenting individuals for up to 18 months. Both sites follow the Tubman House model of intensive services and community building. In the spirit of Audre Lorde, both houses are also rooted in a fierce commitment to creating a better world for our LGBTQ+ brothers and sisters who are so often left behind.
